Olga Kurylenko plays the main character of The Correspondence, an upcoming English-language Italian romantic film directed by Giuseppe Tornatore, who is the famous director of some of iconic movies like Nuovo Cinema Paradiso, The Legend of 1900, Malèna, Baarìa, The Unknown Woman and The Best Offer. Together with Olga Kurylenko, The Correspondence stars Jeremy Irons, while the score is composed by Ennio Morricone.

The Correspondence tells the story of Amy (Olga Kurylenko), a young PhD student who takes excessive risks in her paid work as a stuntwoman. The danger that in fiction would typically end with the death of the double. It is through her relationship with an older astrophysics professor (Jeremy Irons) that she learns to reconcile past and present and face life’s vicissitudes. The young college student feels responsible for the tragic death of the man she loved . Her professor tries to help her overcome this trauma. Suddenly the man disappears and stays in touch with her with messages that daily sends her.

Olga Kurylenko is a French actress and model born in Ukraine. She was discovered as a model at the age of 13 and at the age of 16 moved from Ukraine to Paris to pursue a modeling career. Olga started her acting career in 2005 and She found success as an actress for her role as Nika Boronina in the movie adaptation of the video game Hitman (2007), and then rose to fame by playing Bond girl Camille Montes in the 22nd James Bond film, Quantum of Solace (2008). More recently she starred in Terrence Malick’s To the Wonder (2012), and alongside Tom Cruise in Oblivion (2013) and Russell Crowe in The Water Diviner (2014).
