Kourtney Kardashian, of Armenian origin by her father, and Scottish and Dutch by her mother, was born in California at Mill Valley and grew up in Los Angeles with her sisters, brother, mother and father until 1991, the year when parents divorced.
First-born of three sisters and a brother of Robert Kardashian, a defense lawyer who died in 2003, the other two sisters and their younger brother, also famous for their reality show, are: Kim Kardashian (Los Angeles, October 21, 1980), Khloé Kardashian (Los Angeles, June 27, 1984) and Rob Kardashian (Los Angeles, March 17, 1987).
Kourtney also has two other younger sisters, daughter of mother Kris Jenner and Olympic champion Bruce Jenner, married in 1991, who are: Kendall Jenner (Los Angeles, 3 November 1995) and Kylie Kristen Jenner (Los Angeles, 10 August 1997).
Kourtney began her studies at California at Marymount High School, later moved to Dallas, Texas, where she attended the Southern Methodist University for two years and finally went to Tucson, Arizona, where she completed studies at the University Of Arizona.
Kourtney was married to Scott Disick from 2006 to 2015, then to be reconciled in 2016, with three children: Mason Dash Disick (born December 14, 2009), Penelope Scotland Disick (born July 8, 2012), and Reign Aston Disick (born December 14, 2014).
Kourtney has become famous thanks to Keeping up with Kardashians reality show, Kourtney and Kim Take New York and Kourtney and Khloé Take Miami.
In 2007 Kourtney and her mother opened a children’s clothing boutique called Smooch in Los Angeles and New York City.
With her sisters Kim and Khloe, she also opened a second boutique called D-A-S-H in Los Angeles, Miami and New York City.
In the spring of 2010, Kourt and her sisters designed their first baby clothes line and in August of the same year announced they were working to open another line of clothing, called K-Dash.
On 23 November 2010, the first autobiographical book, Kardashian Konfidential, came out with the sisters Kim and Khloe. On November 1, 2011, however, came the first novel, always written with sisters, titled “Dollhouse“.
