’Til Death is an American sitcom which aired on the Fox network from September 7, 2006, to June 20, 2010. The series was created by husband and wife team Josh Goldsmith and Cathy Yuspa, who were also the writers and executive producers. The show focuses on Eddie and Joy Stark, a couple married for 23 years who live in a suburb of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
The protagonist of Bloodsport interprets a version over the lines of herself: a famous actor and martial arts expert who returns to work to resume his alter-ego, the mercenary Jean-Claude Van Johnson, a cover for his secret missions. His latest engagement is for the lead role in an action film that re-imagines Huckleberry Finn.
Once again in the midst of danger, Van Johnson returns to collaborate with Vanessa (Foster), his operative companion and love interest in a life that he had left behind. The hair stylist of the film, even in this case a cover, Vanessa has been heartbroken for years and is determined to keep Jean-Claude at a distance when he deliberately gets involved in his new mission in Bulgaria.
The producers also hired Robinson’s veteran Phylicia Rashad for the role of Jane Hardy, the agent in charge of the secret operations team of which Jean-Claude and Vanessa are part, while Moises Arias (Hannah Montana) will play Luis, a young secret agent who works with Vanessa.
