When he arrived at 54, Quentin Tarantino decided to make a wedding. After many love stories with vips as Sofia Coppola, with whom he still be a friend, and Uma Thurman, affair never officially confirmed, the American director has decided to marry singer Daniela Pick, daughter of Israeli musician Tzvika Pick.
Confirmations come directly from the future bride to the Israeli press and also to Twitter where the official movie account of the director (The New Beverly Cinema) twitched the congratulations.
Tarantino met Daniela Pick in 2009 when he was in Israel to promote Inglorious Basterds, but the relationship was high and low so that two years ago, on the occasion of the star on Walk of Fame, Director was accompanied by another woman, costume designer Courtney Hoffman.
Now, however, things are done seriously because the future father-in-law has told the Israeli newspaper Ynet “Yes, there is joy in our family. We are engaged yesterday, we wish you Mazal Tov.”
Tarantino himself is no stranger to Israel, having last visited along with Pick in January. Last July he was an honored guest at the 33rd Jerusalem Film Festival.
Daniela Pick was born on November 21, 1983 in Ramat Ha-Sharon, Israel. She has a sister, Sharona.
