Chloë Grace Moretz: dark, hot and in love with Brooklyn Beckham

Chloë Grace Moretz is known for her role as Chelsea Lutz in the 2005 horror film The Amityville Horror and what Alicia Milstone in the horror film remake The Eye with Jessica Alba, but the real breakthrough came in 2010 when interprets Hit-Girl in Kick-Ass movie cult and Abby in the US remake of horror movie by the Swedish Tomas Alfredson Let Me In, directed by Matt Reeves. She has also proved to be able to reinvent in other genres, as in Martin Scorsese’s Hugo Cabret.

Born in Georgia, Chloe is the daughter of Teri, a nurse, and McCoy, plastic surgeon. She has four older brothers, Brandon, Trevor, Colin, and Ethan, and describes her family as “very Christian”. Brother Trevor is also her manager.

In 2002 she moved to New York with her mother and her older brother, Trevor, who has been accepted into a performing arts school. Watching her brother play in a comedy, she discovers her interest in theater. Her acting career began when the family moved to Los Angeles in 2003.

Her first role in Hollywood was in two episodes of The Guardian series, while her first part in a movie is Molly in Heart of the Beholder. By its second performance in a film for the big screen in 2005, the Amityville Horror remake, reached the fame; her performance as Chelsea Lutz makes even earn a nomination for the Young Artist Award.

Then appears as a guest star in several television series including My Name Is Earl and Desperate Housewives. In 2006 she received a role in the film Big Momma’s House 2. She has also dubbed the character of Darby in the cartoon My Friends Tigger & Pooh.

In October 2009 she was chosen to star in Matt Reeves’ Let Me In, the US remake of the Swedish film Let Me In. In 2010 participates in the Kick-Ass movie in the role of “Hit Girl”. Between 2010 and 2012 she won several awards, including two Young Artist Award.

In 2011 she starred in the role of Isabelle in Martin Scorsese’s Hugo Cabret, with Asa Butterfield, and in 2012 she starred in Tim Burton’s Dark Shadows, where she plays the young Carolyn Stoddard, opposite Johnny Depp, Eva Green, Michelle Pfeiffer, Jonny Lee Miller and Helena Bonham Carter. In 2013, she reprises her role as Hit-Girl in Kick-Ass 2 and plays Carrie White in Carrie, while in 2014 starring in Laggies and If I Stay. In the same year she starred in The Equalizer, opposite Denzel Washington.

In 2015 has a role in Dark Places. The following year, however, is the protagonist of The 5th Wave, based on a novel.

On May 11, 2016, Moretz revealed on The Late Late Show with James Corden that she is currently in a relationship with Brooklyn Beckham, the son of retired professional footballer David Beckham.
