Billie Lourd was born in Los Angeles, California. In the summer of 2014 it was announced that she would take part in the seventh chapter of Star Wars, The Force Awakens. From 2015 she covers the role of Chanel 3 in Ryan Murphy’s horror comedy entitled Scream Queens. In April 2017 it was announced that she would take part in the seventh season of the lucky American Horror Story anthology series.
She studied theology and psychology at the University of New York, graduating in 2014.
Billie Lourd is the daughter of actress Carrie Fisher and agent Bryan Lourd, nephew of actress Debbie Reynolds and actor and singer Eddie Fisher. By mother she is Russian-Hebrew, Scottish-Irish and English. She is the nephew of actors Todd Fisher, Joely Fisher and Tricia Leigh Fisher. Her baptismal godparents are Meryl Streep and Bruce Wagner.
In Star Wars: The Force Awakens and Star Wars: The Last Jedi she plays the role of the Lieutenant Kaydel Ko Connix.
