Jimmy Kimmel will present Oscars 2017

The Oscars have finally a conductor. The Academy Awards has chosen the comedian Jimmy Kimmel for the edition 2017. The conductor of the Jimmy Kimmel Live!, broadcasted on ABC, will be on stage in Los Angeles on February 26 for the 89th edition of the award more waited in the world of the cinema. The ceremony will be broadcasted live by the ABC.

Jimmy Kimmel, who was born on November 13, 1967, has Italian and German descent. He was married from 1988 to 2003 to actress Gina Maddy with whom he has two children: Katie (1991) and Kevin (1993). On July 13, 2013 has remarried to actress Molly Mcnearney from which he had a daughter, Jane, born July 10, 2014. He is known as co-host of the television programs The Man Show (Adam Carolla) and Win Ben Stein’s Money (Ben Stein), as well as host of Jimmy Kimmel Live!
